Fredriksdal School is a school with about 330 students. Fredriksdal School - the school of opportunities. For us, the school is an important and meaningful place for both students and staff. We work for a school characterized by positive encounters, joyful learning environments, community, and participation. We reinforce the positive and build on what works. We stimulate and motivate all students to achieve as much as possible in their goal fulfillment and to feel hopeful about the future. Digital and formative learning processes are an obvious part of supporting each student's learning.

About the job

You will work on an individual and group level to support students' learning processes.

You will collaborate with teachers and teams and act as a link between the school, students, and home. The positions involve some care work with students. The work is located at adapted primary school and primary school.

Who are you?

You have a pedagogical education and are well acquainted with the school's view of knowledge and value-based mission. It is also very valuable if you have knowledge of different functional variations. You have the ability to motivate and create learning and learning environments characterized by inclusion, variation, and interactivity. You have the ability to see and meet each student and build on what works. You have a very good ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have good collaboration skills and are communicative and creative. We would like you to dare to think and try new things together with others. You have good knowledge of and can use digital tools. You will have close collaboration with responsible primary school teachers and special educators in adapted primary school, collaboration in the work team, as well as with the EHT team and cooperation with guardians. We have high demands on, among other things, reception and action competence.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
